About the Role

We're looking for a driven and ambitious sales qualified to join the sales team of IDEX Events.

This role offers the prospect to work across our diverse portfolio of exhibitions and conferences, driving sponsorships, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships across multiple high-growth industries. Key Responsibilities

Drive sponsorship, exhibition, and partnership sales across IDEX's event portfolio.

Identify and onboard exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners across gaming, technology, beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, lifestyle, and consumer brands.

Build and manage relationships with brand marketers, international agencies, embassies & trade bodies

Develop tailored partnership proposals, presentations, and commercial offerings.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of client deliverables.

Maintain sales pipelines, track leads, meetings,



and revenue targets through the CRM process.

Represent IDEX at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in India and abroad.

What We're Looking For

1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, sponsorship sales, exhibition sales, media sales, or brand partnerships.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A proactive, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Comfortable interacting with senior decision-makers and building long-term relationships.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
