About the role:

We’re looking for a hardcore sales hunter who can build a sales pipeline from scratch, open new markets and close high-value B2B deals.

This is a pure IC role for someone who understands technology and digital services, has strong international selling experience, and is confident engaging with CXOs, CEOs, founders and senior business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is also AI-native — someone who actively uses tools such as Claude and other AI tools to research prospects, identify opportunities, personalize outreach, automate workflows, and build a high-quality sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do

- Own end-to-end new business sales, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build a robust pipeline through hardcore outbound hunting, cold outreach, networking, referrals, events and strategic prospecting.
- Identify and acquire new clients across GCCs, enterprises, technology companies and digital-first businesses.
- Sell technology, digital, design, consulting and other B2B services.
- Build relationships and conduct sales conversations with CXOs, CEOs, founders and senior decisionmakers.
- Attend exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and industry events across India to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular on-ground client meetings, networking and business development activities.
- Develop and manage an international sales pipeline and explore opportunities across global markets.
- Use Claude and other AI tools to research target accounts, identify decision-makers, build prospect lists, analyze markets, personalize outreach and improve sales productivity.
- Experiment with AI-led prospecting and sales workflows to consistently generate qualified opportunities.
- Own revenue targets and deliver consistent new business closures.
- Lead commercial discussions,



negotiations, proposals and deal closures.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.

What We’re Looking For

- 6+ years of hardcore B2B hunting / new business sales experience.
- Proven track record of building sales pipelines from scratch and closing high-value deals.
- Experience selling technology, digital, IT, consulting, creative or professional services.
- GCC selling experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology, digital products and services.
- Proven experience in international / global sales.
- Strong ability to sell to CXO, CEO, founder and senior leadership audiences.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across India for exhibitions, conferences, client meetings and business development.
- Strong on-ground networking and relationship-building skills.
- AI-first mindset with hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools for prospecting, research, pipeline building and sales automation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong startup attitude — high ownership, hustle, speed, resilience and bias for action.
- Comfortable working independently and owning the complete sales cycle as an Individual Contributor.

You’re not an account manager or relationship-only salesperson. You’re a hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities from scratch, getting in front of decisionmakers and closing business.

You’re equally comfortable sending cold outreach, walking into an exhibition, meeting a CEO, travelling for a client meeting or using Claude to build your next 100-prospect pipeline.
