We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Power & Energy

Masturlal Fabrichem is looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Power & Energy to take dedicated ownership of this vertical and drive its next phase of growth.

We already have an established presence in industrial filtration and a growing base of opportunities across the power sector. We now want someone whose full focus is to expand this business further — by developing existing accounts, opening new plants, building strong customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term business.

The role will focus on:

- Coal-fired power plants
- Captive and industrial power plants
- Biomass and thermal power applications
- Utilities, EPCs and OEMs
- Waste-to-Energy Plants The person will be responsible for:
- Developing and growing existing key accounts
- Identifying and opening recent customers and plants
- Generating new inquiries and building a strong sales pipeline
- Meeting plant, maintenance, technical and procurement teams
- Understanding customer applications and working with our technical team on suitable solutions




- Driving opportunities from initial discussion through technical and commercial closure
- Travelling extensively to customers and industry locations

We are looking for someone with strong industrial B2B sales experience, ideally within power plants, pollution-control equipment, industrial filtration, boilers, EPCs, process equipment or related engineered products.

More than anything, we are looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and hungry to grow a vertical.

Masturlal Fabrichem has been serving industrial customers since 1971, and this role will be an important part of our next phase of expansion.
