About the Company

NavvBharat Finance is engaged in the lending and financial services business, providing credit solutions to customers and small businesses. We are expanding our field operations and are looking for motivated individuals to join our Sales & Operations team.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and acquire current customers for the company's loan products.

Visit customers at their residence, workplace and business locations.

Generate leads through market visits, references and local networking.

Explain loan products, eligibility, repayment terms and documentation requirements to customers.

Source new JLG/group loan customers and individual/MEL loan customers.

Conduct preliminary customer verification and collect required KYC documents.

Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Head Office for customer processing and disbursement.

Maintain regular contact with customers after loan disbursement.

Support collection and repayment follow-up as per company process.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and local communities.

Achieve monthly business and customer acquisition targets.

Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, applications and customer information.

Follow company policies, KYC requirements and operational procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass / Graduate.

Freshers can apply.

Experience in Microfinance, NBFC, Banking, Loan Sales, Field Sales, Collection or

FMCG Sales will be an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with extensive field work.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.

Ability to work towards monthly targets.

Should have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Local candidates with knowledge of the surrounding area will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: 14,000 18,000 per month

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives of approximately 5,000 6,000+ per month, depending on business performance.

Total earning potential: 19,000 24,000+ per month.
