Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in affordable housing loans (LAP) and mortgages.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, distributors, and internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve results.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in branch sales management or similar role in the banking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in affordable housing loans (LAP) or microfinance products.
- Strong understanding of loan against property (LAP) products, including mortgage options.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build solid connections with customers.
