We are looking for an energetic and sales-driven Sales Manager to sell exclusive 5-star hotel deals to customers across India.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, WhatsApp sales, lead follow-ups, and creating short Instagram Reels to promote hotel deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell 5-star hotel deals and holiday packages to B2C customers across India.
- Make cold calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing leads.
- Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram DM and phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements such as destination, travel dates, number of guests and budget.
- Prepare and communicate hotel quotations to customers.
- Negotiate and close bookings while maintaining company margins.
- Create simple, engaging Instagram Reels/short videos promoting hotel deals.
- Appear on camera and confidently explain hotel offers when required.
- Post Stories/Reels and respond to customer comments and DMs.
- Maintain daily lead, calling and sales reports.
- Follow up with warm leads until booking/payment is completed.
- Coordinate with the operations/reservation team for confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain a database of customers for repeat sales and remarketing.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing sales skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.




- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Confident and comfortable appearing in Instagram Reels.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Reels and social media.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven personality.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close customers.
- Travel/hotel industry experience will be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets or WhatsApp Business is a plus.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on experience and sales capability.

High performers can earn significantly more through incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
