Job Summary

We are hiring Sales Managers – Virtual Officers to drive Motor Insurance business through the Agency Channel. The role involves managing Insurance Advisors/Agents, generating business, improving agent productivity, and achieving sales targets through virtual engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Motor Insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Insurance Advisors/Agents virtually.
- Generate new business through virtual and digital sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage and motivate advisors through calls, virtual meetings, and digital communication.




- Build solid relationships with agents, customers, and business partners.
- Monitor agent performance and improve productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agent network.
- Ensure quality customer service and retention.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Motor Insurance, or General Insurance.
- Experience in Agency Channel / Insurance Advisor Management preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
- Comfortable with phone-based sales, virtual meetings, and digital communication.
- Ability to independently manage and motivate advisors remotely.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
