About the Role

BrainPoint Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth, lead generation, and key account management. You will serve as the primary owner of our IndiaMART business channel while managing end-to-end sales operations; from lead qualification to payment recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead &
- Portal Management:

Own the IndiaMART portal daily. Promptly call incoming leads, evaluate requirements, update product listings, and optimize content to maximize lead generation.
- Client &
- Business Development: Generate new B2B business opportunities while actively engaging and nurturing existing client relationships to drive repeat orders.
- Sales Operations &
- Logistics: Coordinate product deliveries, track order fulfillment, and update inventory stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Accounts Receivable: Conduct regular follow-ups for pending invoices to ensure timely payment recovery and cash flow maintenance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:



Partner directly with the in-house marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute strategic sales growth ideas.

Qualifications &
- Requirements

- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales and account management.
- Platform Expertise: Proven track record of managing and converting leads on B2B marketplaces like IndiaMART.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multi-tasking ability to manage pipeline leads, delivery tracking, and invoice follow-ups simultaneously.
