Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach their individual and collective goals.

- Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

- Identify new market opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales initiatives.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
