Aviigroup is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across Rewari, Kosli and Bawal.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Train and guide sales representatives and field agents.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements




- Previous experience in sales management or a similar role.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage a field sales team.
- Candidates from Rewari, Kosli or Bawal are preferred.

Compensation Salary: Competitive salary based on experience + attractive incentives.

Locations: Rewari, Kosli & Bawal only.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
