Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Management Manager to monitor sales activities, manage associate records, coordinate incentives, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and track sales activities and associate performance.
- Maintain and update all associates' data and records.
- Manage and update the achievers list.
- Prepare and manage commission and incentive slabs.
- Handle disputes related to plots, clients, and sales associates.
- Verify documents of newly joined associates.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with team managers and management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Experience in sales management, coordination, or real estate.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and sales software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and effective data management abilities.

Job Type: Full-Time Location: Narayan Vihar, Mansarovar

Salary: 25000-32000

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
