Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Internship role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services. Daily responsibilities include assisting with sales calls and meetings, maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and providing basic customer support.

The intern will also help prepare sales materials, participate in training sessions, and contribute to sales reporting and performance tracking. This role is designed to provide practical sales experience and a foundation for a future career in business development or sales management.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for transparent, professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, product explanation, and closing opportunities under guidance.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management-related skills or interest, enabling participation in sales training and support of basic sales coordination tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools and comfort working with spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Uttar Pradesh, India and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
