Role Description The Sales Intern role at Shieldworkz is a full time remote position supporting the growth of industrial cybersecurity solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and supporting sales presentations and product demonstrations.

The intern helps maintain accurate sales records, prepares basic sales reports, and coordinates follow-ups with potential and existing customers.



This role also involves collaborating with the sales and customer success teams to understand client needs, participate in training on Shieldworkz’s platform, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and basic negotiation.
- Interest or experience in Sales Management and Training, such as supporting sales activities and learning structured sales methods.
- Basic understanding or strong motivation to learn about cybersecurity, OT/IoT, and industrial technology domains.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems is a plus).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
