Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Sales Intern based in Delhi, India.

The Sales

Intern will support the sales team by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. Daily tasks include conducting outreach via calls and emails, scheduling and coordinating meetings, and following up with prospects to support conversion efforts.



The intern will collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to understand client needs and align service offerings. The role also involves participating in sales training sessions, preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and team members.
- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries professionally and support a positive client experience.
- Interest and foundational skills in Sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and basic negotiation.
- Willingness to participate in Training and learn fundamentals of Sales Management and CRM usage.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with online marketing or digital agencies is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and readiness to learn in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
