Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the intern will support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and maintaining up-to-date records in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals, coordinating with consultants to understand service offerings, and following up with prospects to support the sales pipeline.





Day-to-day responsibilities will also include collaborating with customer service teams to respond to inquiries, gathering feedback from clients, and participating in internal training sessions to learn sales processes and psychology-led consulting services. The role offers hands-on exposure to consultative selling within a people-focused, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to interact with clients, present information clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, build rapport, and support a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead generation support, prospecting, and basic understanding of consultative selling.
- Candidates should possess an interest or aptitude in Training and Sales Management concepts to learn sales processes and support team activities.
- Relevant educational background in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and use productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM software) is beneficial.
- Curiosity about organizational behavior, willingness to learn, and a proactive, ethical approach to client interactions are highly valued.
