The company offers a comprehensive clinic management suite, including patient management, billing tools, digital prescriptions, and smart appointment planning at an accessible annual subscription.

PhysioPlus connects patients with verified physiotherapists by pin code, supports priority home visits, and strengthens care through hospital partnerships. It also provides continuous medical education, clinic setup mentorship, and supervised training pathways for interns. Through international licensure courses, PhysioPlus enables physiotherapists to consult patients globally and access new professional opportunities.

Role Description This on-site internship role is based in Jaipur and focuses on supporting the growth and outreach of PhysioPlus within the physiotherapy ecosystem.

The Sales

Intern will assist in identifying potential clinic and hospital partners, generating leads, and presenting platform features to physiotherapists and healthcare stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective and existing partners, responding to inquiries, coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.



The intern will also support training sessions for recent users, gather feedback to improve service offerings, and collaborate with the sales team on campaigns and outreach initiatives. This internship provides practical exposure to healthcare sales, customer engagement, and relationship building in a structured, learning-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with physiotherapists, patients, and partner organizations.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, conversion activities, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to assist in onboarding new users and explaining platform features clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups.
- Interest in healthcare, physiotherapy, or health technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication platforms) and comfort with in-person and phone-based outreach.
