Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Sales

Intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective customers, explaining product features, and demonstrating how Accountune can benefit small businesses. Daily tasks include engaging with leads via phone and in person, conducting product walk-throughs, collecting feedback, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools or sales trackers.



The role also involves assisting with onboarding new customers, coordinating with customer support to resolve basic queries, and participating in local marketing and outreach activities.

The Sales

Intern will collaborate closely with the team to meet sales targets and gain hands-on experience in SaaS product sales.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with diverse customers.
- Customer Service and Training skills to guide new users, address queries, and support product adoption.
- Foundational Sales skills with interest in lead generation, product pitching, and closing opportunities.
- Exposure to or eagerness to learn Sales Management practices such as pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Comfort using digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, communication apps) and basic understanding of SaaS products.
- Solid problem-solving attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience in a target-driven environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
