- Make cold calls, generate leads, and explain Accountune accounting & billing software.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide initial product support.
- Assist customers with basic software-related issues and coordinate for further support when required.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer onboarding.
- Participate in sales, marketing, and customer support activities.
