Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the inventory team.
- Ensure proper product display and visual merchandising.
- Handle billing and POS operations when required.
- Monitor daily sales, stock, and customer-related reports.
- Maintain proper store discipline and cleanliness.
