1️⃣ SALES MANAGER / SENIOR SALES MANAGER
? Sales Manager: 0–2 Years
? Senior Sales Manager: 3–6 Years
? Work Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
? Work Mode: Work from Office
? Working Days:** 6 Days/Week
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, referrals and campaigns
- Connect with business owners and understand their requirements
- Schedule client appointments and orientation sessions
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and present business solutions
- Manage the complete sales pipeline through CRM
- Follow up with prospects and drive conversions
- Build strong client relationships and generate referrals
- Coordinate with marketing for lead-generation initiatives
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts and daily activity updates
We’re Looking For:
✅ Graduate — Mandatory
✅ MBA in Sales — Preferred
✅ Excellent verbal and written English
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Negotiation and objection-handling abilities
✅ Comfortable with outbound calling and client meetings
✅ Strong relationship-management and customer-acquisition skills
✅ Target-oriented approach
? Compensation:
Sales Manager: ₹1.8–4.0 LPA + Incentives
Senior Sales Manager:
₹4.8–7.2 LPA + Incentives

2️⃣ FULL STACK ENGINEER
? Experience: 2–6 Years
? Employment: Full Time
? Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid
? Focus: Web, Applications, APIs, Cloud, DevOps & AI
What You’ll Work On:
? Web & Product Engineering
- Build and maintain websites and web applications
- Develop new features and improve existing products
- Focus on performance, accessibility and responsive experiences
⚙️ Business Systems
- Build and maintain Work Management & CRM systems
- Develop workflows, dashboards, automations and reporting
? APIs, Payments & Integrations
- Build and integrate REST & GraphQL APIs
- Work with third-party platforms and services
- Implement Stripe / Razor pay payment workflows
- Handle webhooks, refunds, reconciliation and edge cases
☁️ Cloud & DevOps
- Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines
- Work with Docker and AWS/GCP
- Monitor application performance, logs and uptime
- Maintain reliable and secure production environments
? AI & Agentic Engineering
- Build AI-powered features using LLMs
- Work with retrieval, prompting, evaluation and guardrails
- Leverage Claude Code, MCP and Agentic AI workflows
- Apply practical ML concepts for automation and intelligent systems
Tech Stack:

We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong frontend + backend development skills
✅ Ability to build features end-to-end
✅ Experience with CRM/WMS, dashboards or internal systems
✅ Hands-on payment gateway & API integration experience
✅ Comfortable with cloud infrastructure and DevOps
✅ Experience with AI/LLM-based applications
✅ Solid communication and problem-solving skills
✅ GitHub, portfolio or shipped products are highly valued
