About the Role

Adwiya Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team across Kerala.

We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and consumer wellness sales.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing pharmacy and healthcare accounts, promoting our products, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit pharmacies, medical stores, clinics, and healthcare outlets.
- Promote Adwiya Pharma products, including Baridex Herbal Throat Lozenges.
- Develop new pharmacy and retail accounts.
- Maintain strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate orders and support product availability at retail outlets.
- Conduct product presentations and sampling activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and market feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.




- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.

We are looking for candidates who are:

- Energetic, confident, and self-motivated.
- Interested in building a career in sales.
- Good at communication and customer interaction.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular travel.
- Able to communicate in Malayalam and English.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Previous experience in pharma, healthcare, FMCG, medical sales, or pharmacy sales will be an advantage.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred.
