The selected candidates will interact with prospective students and customers, understand their educational and career requirements, provide appropriate information about EduInfinite's programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, counseling,



relationship management, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational and career requirements.
- Explain EduInfinite's courses, programs, and learning solutions clearly.
- Counsel prospective students and help them identify suitable learning opportunities.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve individual and team sales/enrollment targets.
- Build positive and long-term relationships with students and customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and performance reviews.
- Stay updated about EduInfinite's products, programs, and offerings.
