Job Summary

Emilia Beauty Hub is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting and selling our range of beauty, jewellery, personal-care, gift, kitchen, crockery, and small-appliance products.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly personality, and a strong interest in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, benefits, prices, offers, and available options.
- Promote and sell beauty products, cosmetics, jewellery, personal-care products, gifts.
- Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase process.
- Follow up regarding enquiries, orders, and customer requirements.
- Maintain proper records of sales and customer interactions.
- Keep products and displays neat, attractive, and properly organized.
- Stay updated on new products, offers,



promotions, and market trends.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Good sales and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn about beauty, jewellery, personal-care, and household products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous retail or sales experience will be an added advantage.
