JENY Realty Group is hiring an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive for our upcoming Premium Real Estate Website/Portal.

The platform is designed for Real Estate Agents, Builders, Developers, and Real Estate Professionals to promote their properties, projects, listings, and business presence online.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our premium website services, explaining packages and features, generating leads, and converting prospects into paid customers.

Note: The name and complete details of our website platform will be disclosed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach Real Estate Agents, Builders, Developers, and Real Estate Professionals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, networking, online research, and other sales channels.
- Present and explain our Premium Real Estate Website/Portal to potential clients.
- Explain subscription/packages, features, benefits, and available services.
- Convince clients to register and purchase premium services on our platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Agents and Builders.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing customers.
- Convert leads into paid customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales conversions.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business clients.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience required.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Real Estate Sales, Website Sales, Digital Services Sales, or Business Development will be preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field sales.
- Positive understanding of sales processes and customer follow-ups.
- Willingness to travel within Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad for client meetings.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
