Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in multiple locations'.

The Sales

Executive will identify and approach potential customers, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote Woodver’s range of wood coatings, paints, and varnishes. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales orders in line with company targets. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and customer support, as well as tracking market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.





The Sales

Executive will also prepare regular sales reports and contribute to sales strategies to expand market reach.

Qualifications

- Robust sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to understand technical aspects of wood coatings, paints, and varnishes and explain them clearly to customers.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages.
- Good organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple accounts and meet targets.
- Comfort with field-based work, including regular client visits in and around Rohini.
- Prior experience in industrial coatings, paints, building materials, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and digital tools for reporting, CRM, and documentation.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
