Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop current business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, generate sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, accounts, and service teams.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up status.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Travel to customer locations as required.

Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Good convincing and presentation skills.




- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales records.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in Agro Equipment, Machinery, Engineering, or Manufacturing will be preferred.

Salary ₹[Salary Range] per month + Incentives, depending on experience and skills.

- Monthly sales achievement.

- Lead-to-order conversion.

- Collection/payment follow-up.
- Customer retention and relationship management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
