Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive- Team Lead to join our team at Conquer Planetario Real Estate Company in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our real estate properties over the phone. If you have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and prospect new clients through outbound calls and other channels
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their real estate needs
- Present and sell our real estate properties to clients, highlighting their features and benefits
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company




- Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales using our CRM software

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in Sales or real estate sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
