We are currently supporting

Zara Biotech with their hiring requirements and we’re looking for talented Sales professionals to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of retail outlets and distributor accounts

- Execute daily beat plans — outlet visits, order booking, stock checks and merchandising

- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributor sales teams through regular field contact and follow-up

- Drive secondary sales, distribution width and depth in the assigned territory

- Identify inactive or underperforming outlets and drive structured re-engagement

- Onboard new outlets and expand coverage in the assigned area

- Execute in-store activations, sampling drives and promotional programmes

- Support D2C and social-selling activity: coordinate with influencers, capture field content, assist channel campaigns

- Coordinate with the distributor and internal teams to resolve stock, credit and service issues

- Report daily, weekly and monthly outlet-level performance against targets

Who Should Apply

- 1–2 years in FMCG field sales, retail sales,



pharma field work or channel sales — freshers with strong drive will be considered

- Prior beat-plan and outlet-visit experience is strongly preferred

- Strong communication and convincing skills in Malayalam and English

- Good at follow-ups, relationship building and handling objections

- Comfortable with daily targets and a performance-driven field environment

- Active and confident on social media, particularly Instagram — this is a genuine part of the role

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence essential

- Smartphone and reliable internet

- Language fluvency in English and Hindi
