About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining our products/services, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Candidates with knowledge or experience in trading, stock markets, or financial products will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Convert qualified leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.
- Stay updated on the company's products, services, and relevant market trends.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or a related role.




- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sales calls and follow-ups confidently.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Knowledge or prior experience in trading/stock markets/algo trading will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a full-time, on-site role.

Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- Experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead conversion.
- Exposure to stock market or trading-related products/services.
- A proven ability to follow up consistently and convert leads.
- A strong interest in the fintech and trading industry.
