Job Title: Sales Executive – Residential Real Estate

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Role Overview The Senior Sales Executive will handle qualified customer enquiries, understand property requirements, present suitable options, and support customers throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct calls, client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Support customers through booking and documentation.
- Maintain customer information and follow-ups in CRM.
- Build relationships with prospective buyers.




- Work toward sales and site-visit targets.

Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, retail, banking, hospitality, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling, follow-up, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work toward defined sales targets.
- Bengali and Hindi communication skills; working knowledge of English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
