Job Overview:

We are looking for energetic, proactive Field Relationship Executives to connect with employees at institutional partners, such as bank branches and LIC offices. This is a non-sales field position. Your primary role is to build relationships with branch staff, create health awareness, and invite/onboard them to participate in preventive health checkup programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Field Visits: Visit assigned bank branches and LIC offices etc.

- Staff Engagement: Interact directly with branch managers, staff, and agents to introduce preventive health checkup schemes/camps.

- Appointment Scheduling: Explain checkup packages, answer basic queries, and book interested individuals/groups for health checkup sessions.

- Relationship Management: Maintain good rapport with key branch personnel to enable smooth visits and repeat checkup drives.

- Daily Reporting: Maintain daily activity logs and report client visits, interest levels, and confirmed leads to the coordinator.





Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: Open to Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in field operations, customer service, or public relations.

- Education: Any Graduate or Higher Secondary pass.

- Skillset: Excellent communication, polite presentation, and active interpersonal skills.

- Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling locally daily (a personal two-wheeler with a valid licence is preferred).

Compensation & Perks:

- Fixed Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.18,000 per month

- Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 per month (Fixed reimbursement for local commute)

- Variable Incentive Structure (Per Client Converted):

- ₹200 per client for packages priced above ₹4,000

- ₹100 per client for packages priced below ₹4,000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
