- Experience in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), Customer Complaint & Warranty Management.
- Sales Invoice Generation, Spare Parts & Service Management.
- Experience in after sales / Post sales, customer report preparation.
- Quotation preparation, Payment follow up.
- GIN processing, Spare parts management, Customer coordination & communication.
- Experience in SAP B1 is preferable
- Knowledge inAS9001 Rev D is added advantage
