About The Role

Lentera Technologies is looking for FRESHERS who are enthusiastic and interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development . No prior work experience is required. The selected candidates will receive an opportunity to learn sales processes, customer handling, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels .
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s products or services.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities .




- Maintain customer information and update sales activities in CRM/Excel .
- Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets .

Qulaification

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field .
- FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY – NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Good verbal and written communication skills .
- Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, willingness to learn, and interest in Sales and Business Development .
