Lansky Productions is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team and be part of Lansky Mr • Miss • Mrs India World—a national fashion, personality, grooming, and entertainment platform connecting talent across India and leading selected finalists to an international Grand Finale in Dubai.

Sales Executive – Event & Brand Partnerships

? Location: Mohali

? Job Type: Full-time

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000/month Performance Incentives

? Experience: 0–3 years

What You’ll Do

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels
- Connect with potential customers and explain Lansky's event opportunities
- Follow up with leads and convert them into registrations/clients
- Handle customer queries and guide prospects through the registration journey
- Maintain daily lead and sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers




- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth lead conversion

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Confident and energetic personality
- Robust follow-up skills
- Comfortable making inbound and outbound calls
- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
