We’re looking for a high-energy, on-ground sales executive who can help us grow our retail and distribution network.

Role Overview

This is a field sales role focused on expanding Joify’s presence across your assigned territory by onboarding retailers, managing relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Onboarding: Identify new sales opportunities and onboard retailers, distributors, and dealers
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors
- Target Achievement:



Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Distribution & Merchandising: Ensure proper product placement, freezer stocking, and inventory management
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and share market insights
- Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits within your assigned territory

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: 4+ years in FMCG, beverage, or food industry sales, preferably in cold-chain products.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and B2B/B2C sales skills
- Logistics: Must have a vehicle and valid driving license for field sales.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business preferred.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM softwares.
- Comfortable with on-ground, field-based work
