Role & Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery/products.

Explain product features, designs and pricing to customers.

Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales.

Maintain proper display and presentation of products.

Coordinate with the team for smooth day-to-day store operations.

Handle basic billing and computer-related tasks.

Perfect Candidate Profile

Female candidate with a minimum Graduate qualification.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable, confident and customer-friendly personality.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Knowledge of clothing/fashion and experience in a designer outlet or premium retail store will be preferred.

Jewellery/fashion retail sales experience will be an added advantage.

Should be comfortable working in a target-oriented retail environment.

Salary: Negotiable + Incentives.
