About the Role
Asia Pacific Group is hiring a Sales Executive for our Budget Policy team in Mohali. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients, promoting insurance plans offered by leading third-party providers, and achieving sales targets.
Budget Policy helps people travelling to Australia for study, work, family visits, or migration obtain suitable health and travel insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with international clients.
- Promote and sell insurance plans from leading providers such as Bupa, Allianz, NIB, and Medibank.
- Explain insurance products, address client queries, and handle objections professionally.
- Build strong client relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in international voice sales, insurance sales, or a similar sales role preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing inbound sales enquiries.
- Target-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic about sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
