Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

- Make outbound calls and communicate with prospective clients.

- Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.

- Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions when required.





- Provide regular updates on sales activities and pipeline status to management.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

- Ability to generate leads and follow up consistently.

- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.

- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or Client Coordination.

- Candidates who are comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client interaction.

- Candidates who are willing to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
