Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through B2B sales, field visits, customer meetings, and market networking. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, product demonstrations, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate B2B leads through outbound calling, field visits, referrals, and market networking.
- Identify potential customers and develop recent business opportunities.
- Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding pricing and requirements.
- Negotiate with customers and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.
- Develop new markets and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and sales activities.




- Prepare and update daily and monthly sales reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market activities and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Comfortable with customer meetings and regular field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
