About the Role:

Voylux Leisure, a Kochi-based travel and tourism company, is hiring Business Development Associates for our B2C sales team. Whether you have travel industry sales experience or are a fresher looking to build a career in sales, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed travel bookings
- Handle B2C sales calls and follow-ups
- Recommend travel packages based on customer needs
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations team on bookings

Who We're Looking For (any one of the below):

- Candidates with B2C sales experience, especially in travel/tourism
- Candidates with a diploma/certificate in Travel & Tourism




- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in a sales career

Must-Have Skills:

- Good communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Target-driven, confident, customer-first attitude
