Job Summary

Buybuzz Infra LLP is looking for a agile and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate sales while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and referrals.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.

Salary

As per company standards / Depends on interview.
