Acquisition

- Identify and approach potential new customers through calls, references, online platforms, market visits, and business networks.

- Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.

- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects.

Existing Account

Growth

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Understand changing customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Ensure regular follow-up for pending and repeat business.

3. Quotation & Order Closure

- Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements and company pricing.

- Follow up on quotations and negotiate within approved pricing limits.

- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, delivery, and order execution.





- Convert qualified quotations into confirmed orders.

- Ensure timely and accurate order closure.

4. CRM Discipline

- Maintain accurate customer, lead, quotation, follow-up, and order information in CRM.

- Update every sales activity and follow-up on time.

- Maintain proper records of customer communication and sales pipeline.

- Submit regular sales updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
