- Generate leads through calls, references, email & online platforms.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand product requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing & recent customers.
- Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch & Accounts teams.
- Maintain sales records, customer database & daily reports.
- Follow up for orders and payments.
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
