The Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Executive to grow Assurex's pipeline across Sitecore-led digital engineering services (CMS, commerce, AI-driven digital experience platforms). You'll work closely with the Business Development and Delivery teams to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and close new business.

Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and pursue recent business opportunities within target verticals (enterprise, public sector, retail/commerce) - Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across UK, UAE, and India markets - Respond to RFPs/tenders and coordinate proposal development with pre-sales and delivery teams - Develop and nurture relationships with Sitecore's partner ecosystem and referral network - Present Assurex's capabilities (Sitecore CMS, commerce, AI/digital engineering)



to prospective clients - Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales cycle through to contract close - Track activity and forecasts in CRM; report regularly on pipeline health and conversion - Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and account-based marketing Requirements - 3-6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in digital agencies, systems integrators, or enterprise software/SaaS - Familiarity with Sitecore, CMS/DXP, or digital commerce platforms is a strong plus - Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Experience selling into enterprise or public-sector accounts preferred - Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones (UK/UAE/India) - Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment What We Offer - Competitive base + uncapped commission structure - Exposure to enterprise clients across UK, UAE, and India - Direct access to leadership in a bootstrapped, profitable, growing agency - Career growth into senior BD/leadership roles as the company scales
