- Make direct sales calls and visits to market the Company's products: Plastic Bottles, Containers, Closures, Caps & Custom Moulded Products
- Serve as the primary link between Customers, Head Office, and the Factory. (You will be assisted with sales co-ordination at the office for back-office operations).
- Responsible for complete client servicing, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and fast response times.
- Leverage existing B2B relationships in target industries (FMCG, Homecare/ Personal care, Cosmetics, Pharma, Agrochemicals) to develop new customers and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing & sales promotion plan to drive volume growth and expand market share.
- Travel regularly for trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits to build a strong pipeline.

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

- Should have excellent communication skills & a proven track record of Business Development in the rigid packaging sector.
- Minimum Work Experience: 2+ Years working as a Sales Executive in B2B packaging (e.g. selling PET/HDPE Bottles/ Caps/ Labels/ Cartons).
- Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, CRM software, and Email.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of negotiating volume contracts.
