- Attend showroom and walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and insurance options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom enquiries, calls, referrals and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, PDI and Delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.
- Ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Build robust relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, features, offers and competitor products
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
