ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for dynamic, result-driven Sales Engineers to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have mandatory prior experience in Crane or Industrial Product Sales, along with strong technical and commercial acumen.

This role involves new business development, customer relationship management, technical solution selling, and revenue growth. The candidate should be confident in presenting technical solutions and interacting with senior-level decision-makers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Industrial / Crane sector

Promote and sell Cranes & Material Handling Solutions

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Conduct technical presentations and explain product solutions effectively

Prepare proposals & quotations and negotiate commercial terms

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Drive upselling & cross-selling opportunities

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution





Travel for client meetings, site visits & business development

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Diploma / BE – Mechanical Engineering

MBA – Marketing preferred

Graduate with relevant technical background

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Prior experience in Crane or Industrial Products Sales is mandatory

Candidates should have

Proven experience as a Sales Engineer

Robust track record in selling technical / industrial solutions

Good understanding of industrial equipment and material handling products

KEY SKILLS

Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts

Strong negotiation & closing skills

Self-motivated & target-oriented

Willingness to travel extensively
