Mechon Global Equip is expanding its industrial sales team and looking for an experienced Sales Engineer who understands Kerala’s industrial market and knows how to turn technical conversations into long-term business relationships.

The RoleYou will be responsible for developing B2B industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, MRO products, maintenance aerosols, adhesives/sealants, bearings, power tools or industrial consumables accounts across Kerala, working closely with customers and distributors, conducting product trials and technical discussions, and driving sales of industrial products and consumables.

We’re Looking For? 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in industrial lubricants,



specialty chemicals, MRO products,

maintenance aerosols, adhesives/sealants, bearings, power tools or industrial consumables

? Robust network among Kerala industrial customers and/or distributors

? Experience in technical and value-based selling

? Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Chemical, Production or related field preferred

? Fluent in Malayalam & English

? Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala

? Experience with customer trials, distributor management and collections

? Valid driving licence
