Position: Sales Engineer / Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated Sales Engineers / Managers to drive sales of industrial, commercial, interior, and security solutions.

Products:

Automatic & Industrial Doors, Door Hardware, High-Security Locking Solutions, Blinds, Modular Furniture, Carpets, False Ceiling/Flooring, Bathroom Fittings, Glass Partitions & Railings, Access Control, Boom Barriers, Bollards, and other security products.

Requirements:

· Education: Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering degree; MBA preferred.

· Experience: 2–10 years in relevant sales/field sales. Freshers may also apply if willing to work in core sales and field activities.

· Male candidates can apply.

· Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

· Willingness to travel and work with monthly sales targets.

Salary: Depend on Experience

Location: Sanpada l technical and operations teams, and following up on leads to drive sales conversions. The role involves visiting customer sites,



offering technical guidance on product selection and installation, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in line with company processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to translate technical features into practical solutions for customers.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, including lead management, relationship building, and after-sales follow-up.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building materials, architectural hardware, or related industrial products is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related technical field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software, and comfort working with technical documentation and drawings.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel to client locations as required, and manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
