We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and student-focused Modelling & Acting Student Counselor to guide aspiring models and actors in choosing the right courses, training programs, and career pathways. The counselor will be responsible for interacting with prospective students, understanding their goals, explaining available programs, conducting counseling sessions, and supporting students throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students interested in modelling, acting, fashion, and entertainment careers.

- Understand students’ interests, aspirations, skills, and career objectives.

- Explain course structure, training modules, duration, fees, schedules, and career opportunities.

- Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions through phone calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.

- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.

- Convert qualified inquiries into enrollments through qualified and ethical counseling.

- Explain audition, portfolio, grooming, acting, ramp walk, photography, and other relevant training requirements.

- Address students’ and parents’ questions regarding courses and career opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, counseling sessions, follow-ups, and admissions.

- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, marketing, and management teams.

- Participate in seminars, workshops, career counseling sessions, and student orientation programs.

- Assist students in understanding realistic career expectations and professional opportunities in the modelling and acting industry.

- Maintain confidentiality of student information and follow institutional policies.





- Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets while maintaining a positive student experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Experience in student counseling, admissions, sales, education, modelling, acting, fashion, or entertainment is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, persuasive, and approachable personality.

- Good knowledge of Hindi and English; additional local languages are an advantage.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and online communication tools.

- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds.

- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.

Job Discretion / Authority The counselor is authorized to:

- Provide accurate information about approved courses, training programs, schedules, fees, and admission procedures.

- Recommend suitable programs based on a student’s stated interests and requirements.

- Coordinate with relevant departments for admissions, auditions, classes, and student support.

- Escalate complex student or parent concerns to the appropriate senior authority.

- Maintain professional communication with prospective and enrolled students.
